Opportunity to lead a scheme from preconstruction to handoverEstablished developer with well-funded expansion plansAbout Our ClientOur client is a large property development company based in London. They have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential-led projects and have performed well in the past few years leading to further expansion plans being implemented this year. The company is known for its collaborative approach involving all teams for key decisions but operating with a fairly flat structure allowing a Technical Manager to take on responsibility for running projects.Job DescriptionAs the Technical Manager in this role you will have the opportunity to work from preconstruction through to handover on a scheme.
