*Commercial Technical Manager, South London*A Technical Manager is sought for an award-winning luxury developer in South London to work on the commercial Fit-out element of this iconic development. Our client is regenerating this heavily industrial area into an eye-catching combination of commercial, retail and residential space.Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, responsibilities will include:Delivering Technical Design and approvalsOrganise consultant Tender Bids for production informationLead and chair Design Team meetingsProgramme and manage project work to ensure targets are achievedEffectively manage the current RFI systemEnsure the provision of all plans, specifications and technical information to the Project Team and provide technical support to ensure queries are quickly resolved.This role will best suit an existing Technical or Design manager with experience in commercial or residential build Fit-out. Ideally the candidate will be qualified to degree level in a construction or design-based subject.
