Job Description We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Facilities Manager to lead our Hard FM contract on the London Stadium. Responsibilities • Management of the core FM operation (Facilities Managers, Helpdesk, PPM/Reactive Maintenance and Minor New works)• Daily, weekly and monthly stakeholder engagement meetings• Monitoring, and reporting on agreed KPIs - ensuring performance exceeds required deliverables• Whole life asset evidencing, including warrantee management• Delivering complex and intricate project works in live environments• Acting as the contract’s technical expert in all FM matters• Embedding a culture of Health & Safety compliance across the team Essential Qualifications/Skills • Proven experience with Hard FM delivery• Technically qualified (Electrical)• Experience of managing and delivering technical projects• Knowledgeable on building compliance and SFG20 standards• Experience of delivering against KPIs and working with SLAs• Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing and communication skills In return for your hard work we offer additional training and development, 26 days holiday (+ bank holidays), generous pension contribution, life assurance and much more.We are VINCI Facilities – experts in the built environment.
