TECHNICAL MANAGER

NW LONDON

SALARY CIRCA �80,000 PLUS PACKAGE

We are working with an established Main Contractor who are in need of a Technical Manager for one of their brand-new projects in NW London.

The �40m development will consist of multiple units plus commercial space on the ground and basement floors. It is currently in the piling stage.

You will be reporting to the Project Director, and manage a Document Controller.

Main Duties

• Plan and deliver all technical aspects of the project


• Work with relevant parties to monitor and report on the technical teams' progress


• Attend production meetings


• Oversee the distribution of technical information


• Liaise with sales team


• Appoint and manage external consultants

Please note this role requires working full time on site.

To be successful, you must have experience previously working on mixed used developments for a Main Contractor/Developer.
