Technical Manager

Our client is a quality led, award winning house builder with an excellent reputation delivering outstanding properties across the Midlands and Northern Home Counties. With a secure and growing workload, we are looking to onboard a hands-on Technical Manager that can bring circa 10+ years of experience. We are open to a Technical Coordinator stepping up or an experienced Manager; key to the role is attitude and desire and the ability to set the standard for more junior team members to aspire to.
