About Our Client The client are a market leading FMCG organisation who supply to major retailers. This is a Technical Manager/ Quality Assurance Assistant 12 month FTC role to provide customer service and develop relationships with Key Accounts, ensuring all customer requirements and external regulations are met and compliant. This would suit a candidate who has worked in a similar technical environment, ideally having been in a customer facing role (B2B).
Job DescriptionUpdate QA database weekly for all complaintsLiaise with site Quality for all complaints and feedback to the customer, investigating where necessaryKeep customer specification systems up to dateWork closely with internal and external customers to manage expectationsInteract with internal customers and manage company expectations to customers in light of product changes and specificationsAttend technical reviews with customers, discussing KPIs, Benchmarking, Surveillance Testing and Complaints analysisKeep up to date with customer specification systemsHandle any complaints effectively and investigate where necessaryEnsure products comply with all UK and EU legislationAssist production sites with preparation of customer audits The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will ideally:Live locally to Hemel Hempstead and be able to commute at least once a week Have experience in a B2B customer service environmentHave experience as a Technical Manager or Junior Technical ManagerExcellent attention to detail Excellent customer service
