As a Principal Resident Engineer / Technical Manager you will be responsible for…

The delivery of large-scale civils infrastructure and earthworks for 1500 new homes, local centre, primary school and outdoor sports facilities.

The role will be managing the complex infrastructure projects to ensure financial and non-financial targets to our clients and partners.

This includes:

• Reviewing, challenging and delivering the required civils and earthworks infrastructure in line with planning consent and contractual agreements with contractors.
• Prepare work programmes.
• Highway Section Agreements.
• Utilities and services delivery processes and procedures.
• Understanding of contractor’s contractual obligations.
• Identify and manage risks to prevent delays.
• Manage the challenges arising from large scale mixed-use strategic development and infrastructure schemes.
