Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Dairy Processing or Similar Food Manufacturing and Food Safety, with a deep understanding of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) chilled food sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all technical aspects of dairy production from raw materials to finished goods.
Lead a team including a Quality Assurance Advisor, onsite laboratory team, and sanitation team.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, BRC, and local regulations.
Develop and implement quality control protocols and food safety measures.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and food safety.
Stay updated with trends and advancements in food science and FMCG operations.
