We are working with a highly successful Consulting Partner in the Salesforce ecosystem who are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join their fast-paced, inclusive, and people-first organisation.As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will:Lead the design & delivery of integration workstreams by providing
instructions/guidelines
to the technical development teamHave experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.Be required to lead and manage a small team of 2-3 Salesforce Developers.Be required to help design business processes including automations based on the Salesforce PlatformTranslate business requirements and develop functional and technical designsBuild integration jobs based on instructions and guidelines, and build /implement web-based user interfacesFacilitate code sharing and control by regularly submitting code to concurrent version system repositoryHave experience leading detailed design workshops, playbacks, testing, and training sessionsAs well as the above requirements, they are looking for someone who can bring their Salesforce knowledge, experience, and work ethic to support the smooth delivery of a wide range of Salesforce projects.
