Salary: Up to �90,000 per annum + benefits

Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week in Bristol office

Join our mission-driven tech-for-good client dedicated to enhancing global safety through cutting-edge innovation. They're actively seeking a Technical Lead in Systems Engineering to join with the focus of leading their biggest, most complex project.

Responsibilities:

• Be the designated lead for critical initiatives and projects.
• Work collaboratively with the Project Manager with shared accountability for project performance.
• Lead a dynamic team of System and Software Engineers throughout the engineering lifecycle from initial design to final deployment and support.
• Nurturing a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise, scale, and innovate within the technical processes.

Requirements:

• A degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Current or eligible for National Security Vetting (SC Clearance).
