Job DescriptionJob Title: Technical Lead (Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js AWSLambda)Location: Bury, Greater ManchesterSalary: £70-90kJob Description: We are searching for a skilled and experienced Technical Lead proficient in Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js and in the AWS Cloud to join our client's dynamic development team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of our web applications, ensuring high-quality code, and guiding the technical direction of the project, while also managing multiple teams of Junior Developers. Responsibilities:Lead the technical architecture and development of web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js and AWS Lambda.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to define requirements and deliver features.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Perform code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with architectural guidelines.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending adoption of new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in web application development projects.
