An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 8a Technical Lead in Microbiology. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated Biomedical Scientist for the role of Technical Lead within the Microbiology Department.Main duties of the jobYou should demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills and have extensive scientific and technical knowledge and experience within Microbiology. Being able to manage multiple activities and a range of responsibilities simultaneously is a must.
The appointee will work closely with the Management teamto ensure that the department continues to develop and deliver a high quality, timely and effective service, where patient experience and safety is central.
