Concept are currently looking to recruit 5 experienced Technical Helpdesk / Migration Engineers within a commutable to Milton Keynes to complete a 6 week initial contract with chance of long term extension


Start - 29th April 2024
Duration - 6 weeks (initially)


The Role:
Will involve the following tasks:

  • Provide remote technical support to end-users during the migration process.
  • Assist in the configuration and testing of IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Document and maintain detailed records of migration activities and support tickets.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on migration progress and address any concerns.
  • Sign off

The Candidate:
Must have a minimum of 1-3 years' employment experience within an IT migration / helpdesk / field based engineering role and be able to:

  • Support client systems, services and migrations.
  • Be confident with IT software and be able to carry out the migration process
  • Provide the client with high levels of customer service and have a proven background in doing so.

Rate Information / Benefits:

  • Monday - Friday day work
  • 9am - 5pm
  • £130 per day via Umbrella Company (Inside IR35)
  • Flexible remote work environment - to be based from an office in MK for a minimum of 2 days per week, remaining days working from home
  • Laptop and phone provided
