Job Type: Full-timeLocation: LeicestershireSalary: £12.81 per hour We are seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our busy Vehicle Fleet Services Team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in fleet management or vehicle-related customer service. The successful candidate will be the front of house, handling enquiries
and coordinating with the vehicle workshop to ensure smooth operations. Day to day of the role:
Manage face-to-face and telephone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.Work closely with the vehicle workshop to monitor the status of vehicles and communicate progress updates.Coordinate with service areas to arrange vehicle delivery and collection.Assist the workshop team with breakdown recoveries and technical inspections scheduling.Generate and run weekly metric/KPI reports for various service areas.Perform basic administrative tasks and front-of-house coordination for the vehicle workshop. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in fleet management or a similar role within the vehicle industry, such as garage reception or MOT coordination.Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in all forms, including face-to-face, over the phone, and in writing.Basic understanding of vehicle-related technical language, with a willingness to learn more as needed.Proficiency in administrative tasks and familiarity with reporting and metrics.Organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
