Technical Director

Meanwhile, they are tailored for compatibility with the latest multifunction sensors, enhancing system accuracy by providing accurate angle data.Role and ResponsibilitiesLead 15 people (3 teams: mechanical, electrical, software)Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring technical integrity and resource efficiency from inception to completionCollaborate closely with the Sales & Business Development team to identify and deliver commercially appealing new and updated productsGenerate, negotiate, and adhere to the annual R&D budgetDevelop strategic plans and roadmaps, prioritizing research and development initiativesEstablish clear objectives for the R&D team, ensuring timely delivery of projectsProvide technical guidance and assistance to the Sales teamEngage with clients to refine and assess project requirementsCreate and enforce IMS procedures and engineering work instructionsAssist in bid preparation, crafting technical proposals, and providing accurate time and cost estimatesEnsure successful implementation of company policies and proceduresResearch and introduce emerging technologies and methodologiesContinuously seek opportunities for process improvementRequirements5 years of experience in people managementSolid experience with customersExcellent leadership skillsExperience in any of the following industries: defence/medical device/aerospaceWhy Join Them?Leading company within their industry nicheGlobal company that is growing steadilyEvery other Friday is a non-working dayRelocation supportUp to 25% bonusStakeholder pension and death in service schemeRewards and recognition schemePrivate Health Insurance for you and your familyTrainingsInteresting and highly innovative productsGreat know-how at the companyNo sponsorship at the moment.
