The role could suit someone who has recently started their own small practice or is thinking of doing so or has reached a glass ceiling where they are.The majority of projects are in the high end bespoke residential buildings sector, often architecturally challenging one off schemes including aspects such as basements, swimming pools and internal slides! There are also some international schemes, hotels, care homes and commercial buildings. Typical project values range from £1/2m up to £20m.Staff turnover is low, they are a financially stable and collaborative team, where contributions are really recognised and rewarded.
