We have an exciting opportunity in central London with a successful interior design practice. As a Senior/Associate Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in assisting Project Directors and Directors in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist Project Directors and Directors in Interior Design projects, focusing on corporate fit-out.Manage client expectations and present projects.Liaise with clients to assess and advise on project costs and technical specifications.Prepare technical and 3D drawings, computer visualizations, CAD layout drawings, and preparation boards.Run projects and manage junior interior designers.Coordinate with consultant teams to ensure design alignment.Manage cost and budget planning.Select finishes, materials, and FF&E.Handle other ad-hoc duties as required.Qualifications, Skills & Experience:Degree educated with relevant Interior Design Qualification.Demonstrable experience in workspace design fields.Strong portfolio is an advantage.Ability to communicate ideas three-dimensionally.Intermediate Revit experience is a must.Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.Ability to sketch is desirable.Excellent conceptual design and presentation skills.Strong communication skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.A team player with a flexible approach to work.Willingness to commit to and demonstrate Corporate Values: Design-led, Responsible, Intelligent, Collaborative.
