Technical Design Leader required for reputable and innovation company in Aeronautics. The company are growing and this is a critical and diverse role for the UK arm of the business.
To apply for the role applicants need to have a background in aircraft electrical design and project management. You need to be familiar with using Catia V5, managing projects, EWIS product standards and certification requirements and aircraft integration rules. You need to be innovative and can demonstrate coming up with solutions to problems,
The role is a hands on leadership role overseeing a team of 3 engineers. You will carry out R&T, design and project management activities to major aircraft manufacturers and airlines for wiring, avionic racks, onboard equipment and electronic systems. You will work closely with the clients ensuring the needs are understood and ultimately met on time and within specification. You need to be confident to liaise technical ideas with clients and stakeholders.

The Technical Design Leader Role in Brief:
• Based in Bristol the role is very hands on leadership focussed of a team of 3
• R&T, design and project management of wiring, avionic racks, onboard equipment and electronic systems
• Liaison with clients discussing design feasibility
• Close partnership and communication with internal stakeholders
The Technical Design Leader Person Required:
• Electrical design experience within the aerospace industry
