As a Technical Design Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business by managing administrative tasks and facilitating communication among team members a key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain organised and up-to-date project documentation, including design specifications, technical drawings, and project plans.
Act as a central point of contact for the technical design team, relaying messages, scheduling meetings, and ensuring efficient communication flow.
Assist in coordinating resources for design projects, including equipment and external vendors.
Enter project data into relevant systems or databases and generate reports as required.
Conduct periodic reviews of design documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
