Role: Technical Coordinator
Reporting to: Technical Manager

Office location: Bristol, South West
Working arrangements: Flexible working on offer with 3 days working from home, 1 day from office and/or 1 on site (Newport)

Technical Coordinator About you:
3 years minimum relevant experience working for a regional or national developer, main contractor or a related consultancy
Demonstrable track record in residential development
A working knowledge of houses and apartment construction, building regs, NHBC requirements etc
Ability to drive a consultant team to achieve the deadlines required whilst not compromising on quality
Knowledge of AutoCAD would be beneficial
Good Technical knowledge of house construction
Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator or similar role?with a residential developer
Good knowledge of the NHBC and Building Regulations
A keen willingness to learn and retain information
