Technical Coordinator

Job DescriptionAre you a technical coordinator working for one of the large national house builders in bristol and have experience working on 150 unit+ projects?I would like to speak with you as I am working with an exceptional privately owned house builder in bristol that is growing rapidly and they are looking to expand the technical team with an ambitious technical coordinator who is ideally engineering-biased. There is a team of 4 currently but with additional land being bought this is expected to be the first of many hires into the team so you will be able to grow and develop your career as you see fit.You will be well versed in managing complex house-building projects and you will have a demonstrable track record in managing engineering and infrastructure packages on housing sites within multi-phased production.If you are an ambitious and driven technical coordinator from a house building background or an engineer working within a consultancy then this is the role for you.It is expected that you will manage a small team but as you will be bringing additional skills and experience into the business you will be tasked with upskilling and broadening the knowledge base on technical aspects of large housing projects.Responsibilitiesprojects through the full lifecycle of development stages but have a particularly high involvement in pre-commencement design and engineering work.and overseeing external consultants in engineering, architecture, and other areasclosely with the land buyers to manage schemes post-acquisitionswith onsite construction variation or design solutionsKey RequirementsDegree qualified and ideally in engineering or architectureAn experienced technical coordinator at a national plc house builderDemonstrable track record of managing and delivering 100+ unit housing projects.Detailed understanding of managing engineering and infrastructure elements of house-building projectsVery ambitious and of director calibre
