Technical Coordinator

Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established regional developer who are seeking a Technical Coordinator ideally with residential experience. This developer stands out from the crowd, putting out a great product on developments from 80-160 units+.

 

As the Technical Coordinator you will assist the management of the design process over multiple RIBA stages, ensuring all design information is in accordance to regulations and specification. You will report directly to the Design Manager, who will also assist you on leading your own projects, giving you the necessary oversight and support. This will be through the full life cycle of projects, both pre-construction and delivery. 

Your background will need to include a strong track record of assisting the delivery of successful construction projects. If you are an Assistant Technical Manager or a Technical Coordinator, with a proven background of managing/coordinating residential new builds or refurbs, and are keen to work for a progressive contractor, this opportunity will be of great interest.

The client would also consider good architects, technologists, engineers and designers looking to make to move into design/technical management.
