We are excited to be recruiting a Technical and Contract Review Administrator. The position will report into the Technical and Contracts Manager.
To process and engineer all new sales orders effectively ensuring OTD targets are achieved and maintained, and customer quality requirements are fully met. Creation of orders for customer specific requirements.
The main duties will be:
  • Process all new sales orders, ensuring routings selected are most economical and fully compliant with customer requirements
  • Review specifications and drawings, providing technical support and assistance to any departments within the business that require it
  • Create ITP's / MPS's based on customer requirements ensuring all technical and quality aspects are met
  • Work closely with production planning to ensure that best route is chosen to suit the businesses current capacity and capabilities
  • Dealing with customers regarding any queries of a technical nature where support is needed
  • Performing contract review of sales orders and routings
  • Deal with suppliers and procuring raw material / finished goods to meet customer demand
  • All orders to be processed in a timely manner ensuring maximum time is given to production and company
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
  • Product/Technical Sales experience is a distinct advantage
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be computer literate (word, excel and outlook)
  • Internal Sales/Customer service is essential
  • Self-starter and motivated individual
  • Excellent communication skills/relationship building
  • Flexible approach to duties and tasks
