With over 20 years of organic growth, they are committed to shaping the future of IT services with our continued expansion.What You'll Be Doing:As a Technical Consultant, you'll spearhead technical design and implementation of cloud and infrastructure projects for our esteemed clients. Your responsibilities will include:Crafting technical solution proposals tailored to client needs.Documenting solutions comprehensively for seamless handover to support teams.Providing expert technical assistance for maintaining internal infrastructure.Researching and presenting cutting-edge hardware and software solutions to clients.Collaborating closely with the sales team for technical pre-sales support.Onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions.Addressing escalations from Level 2/Level 3 engineers.Identifying growth opportunities within our client base and optimizing internal processes.Sharing knowledge and mentoring team members.What Skills Are We Seeking:Minimum 5 years of recent experience in 3rd line escalation or Project Engineer roles, preferably in an MSP environment.Expertise in Windows Server administration (##########2), including Hyper-V, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell.Proficiency in planning, implementing, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365/Azure solutions.Strong networking knowledge, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VLANs.Proven experience with disaster recovery solutions and cybersecurity principles.Microsoft accreditations (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) backed by hands-on experience.Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.Project management and security accreditations are desirable.Leadership capabilities in designing and implementing
Cloud/Hybrid/Infrastructure
