You will be joining our dynamic IT function, with a department consisting of c120 skilled professionals. We are an enabling function collaborating with stakeholders across the business to drive ambitious initiatives within the Homes and Money business divisions.
As a Technical Business Systems Analyst, your role will be to work with sponsors and other stakeholders, project managers and the teams conducting the required analysis to support projects throughout the lifecycle into operational state, whilst contributing to the collective success of the department and the broader Society.

What Will You Be Doing?
As an Technical Business Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the project manager and team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that we are able to meet the needs of the sponsors, stakeholders and customer, within an IT change function delivering against a very ambitious strategic and IT Roadmap change portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with sponsors, stakeholders and project teams developing and refining user requirements.
You will be conducting interviews with relevant teams and individuals to elicit the right information to be able to map out as is and to be processes.
You will be breaking down business problems to help support the scope definition of the respective projects.
You will be contributing to Business Readiness Planning, ensuring that all requirements are captured and understood to ensure that transition of project into live is a successful and smooth experience for the customer and all operational teams.
Working in both Waterfall and Agile delivery teams.

As a Technical Business Systems Analyst, you'll need to thrive in this environment, to support your team to navigate complexity and deliver results.
You will have previous Technical Business Analyst experience and possess a strong understanding of change management delivery lifecycles within both Waterfall and Agile environments.
You will need to be an excellent communicator, someone who can build strong relationships, and is comfortable working with stakeholders, partners, sponsors and leadership across the Society.
