Senior Technical Business Analyst
Senior Technical Business Analyst is required for a European leader in cloud implementation, application development and managed services. You will be working for one of their financial services clients responsible to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes.

Start Date: ASAP
Onsite twice a week – London
Requirements:
Identify the appropriate business analysis approach to a range of programme activities.
Identify stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and use appropriate techniques to investigate situations; consider different perspectives and document outcomes.
Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid.
Prepare and maintain relevant project documentation for processes and deliverables using the most appropriate tools and methods including waterfall, agile, etc.
Knowledge:
Financial sector experience
Must have a foundational knowledge of Backup/Recovery/ DR and have good technical knowledge.
Must have the ability to work independently and be confident in: defining scope, determining functional/non-functional requirements, process diagrams, defining use cases, target operating models etc.
Desirable: Operational Resilience experience
