Role Overview:
Join our growing content team as a Technical Journalist and support our transition upstream, by creating compelling content for an Enterprise audience. In this exciting role, you'll create varying content, from thought provoking articles to impactful customer stories. Your content will deliver a strong point of view in our target market, engaging developers and IT decision makers alike, establishing our brand as a trusted authority, and driving engagement at every stage of the customer journey.
What You'll Do:
Develop compelling content tailored to each stage of the customer journey, from initial awareness to decision-making and advocacy.
Create thought leadership pieces that build authority, credibility, and trust with decision-makers and end users, positioning 3T as an industry leader.
Craft content that presents a strong, informed perspective on our target market and the challenges they face in their roles, showcasing our expertise and value of our solutions.
Produce a variety of content formats, including articles, white papers, blog posts, website copy, user guides, marketing materials, and more.
Develop engaging customer case studies, testimonials and social proof that highlight core use cases, real-world application, and impact of our solutions.
Work closely with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to develop a comprehensive content plan that supports the transition from product-led growth (PLG) to enterprise sales.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges and needs of IT buyers from Enterprise organizations.
We're seeking a candidate with:
Experience in copywriting, technical journalism, PR or a related field, with a proven track record of creating content for Enterprise IT audiences.
Strong understanding of MongoDB and related technologies (desirable).
Experience with content management systems (CMS) is preferred.
Excellent research and information gathering skills.
Ability to tailor content to different stages of the enterprise buying journey.
Familiarity with PLG strategies and how they translate to enterprise sales models.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
