Servigistics by PTC revolutionizes service supply chain optimization with purpose-built industrial AI innovations. Companies like Southwest Airlines, Bobcat, Cisco, Volkswagen, GE Healthcare and even the United States Military rely on Servigistics to optimize their supply chains!The Senior Technical Architect performs a variety of tasks based on the needs of our clients and is able to respond quickly to developing requirements while maintaining focus on requirements already approved. The Technical Architect has a high degree of technical acumen while being able to collaborate directly with client leadership to understand their challenges and translate those needs into working solutions provided by our company.The Senior Technical Architect will:Provide industry-specific coaching and training to clientBrainstorm strategies for positive change and technical improvementBe able to analyze and research the source of technical issues.Give presentations and organize team meetings.Meet with existing clients to perform an initial assessment, discuss goals, and strategize methods for improvement.Solve problems through helpful recommendations and practical suggestions.Collect data on clients and the business through interviews, workplace shadowing and researching documents.Experience Required:~2 years experience working with databases (SQL and/or Oracle Server)~2 years customer facing experience in driving meetings and evaluating customer business requirementsKnowledge of SQL commandsWorking proficiency with JAVA and J2EE applicationsWorking proficiency with ETL tools such as InformaticaBachelors degreeExperience in ERP/Supply Chain a plusAt PTC, we believe in the power of diverse ideas and perspectives.
