TECHNICAL TRAINING MANAGER (SOUTH) – HEMEL HEMPSTEAD
Do you love working one-on-one with others and have a passion for hands-on training, but also enjoy presenting to large groups? We are seeking a hands-on technical training manager to provide both one-to-one face-to-face technical training and large training sessions to our employees, partners, and customers. As the technical training manager, you will use your expertise and instructional skills to design and deliver personalized training sessions on cloud technology, connectivity, automation products, and intercom door entry systems, as well as large-scale training sessions in front of audiences of up to 24 trainees.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Training Manager – North and work closely with our product development and customer support teams to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices. You will work with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training programs and create engaging training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
You are passionate about teaching and have experience providing both one-to-one face-to-face technical training and large training sessions. You are an excellent communicator and can tailor your training style to different audiences and learning styles.
Provide one-to-one face-to-face technical training on cloud technology, connectivity, automation products, and intercom door entry systems for employees, partners, and customers
Design and deliver large-scale training sessions in front of audiences of up to 24 trainees on cloud technology, connectivity, automation products, and intercom door entry systems
Work with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training programs and create engaging training materials
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
At least 3 years of experience providing both one-to-one face-to-face technical training and large training sessions, is preferable.
Willingness to travel to deliver training sessions as needed
The successful applicant would be involved in traditional “face to face” Customer Training, as well as developing new training materials and online course content, as well as our ongoing employee training programme.

Joint responsibility with the Training Manager – North, for the creation and evolution of CAME UK’s employee eLearning courses
(Liaising with the Technical and Training departments at our headquarters in Italy in order to share best practice and training materials.
Our office, in Hemel Hempstead, is ideally located moments off the M1.
