We have an incredible opportunity on behalf of one of our fantastic clients who provide Energy Management Systems across a wide range of commercial clients. They are looking for an office based Technical Support Engineer to join their Ipswich branch.
Your daily duties include:
Responding to technical enquiries, via telephone, email, and cloud services.

Liaising with Project Managers and Engineers with technical requirements.

Monitoring and logging all BMS alarms, supplying monthly performance reports for each client.

Managing all client performance, software, and company bureau services.

Using your BMS knowledge to modify strategies and graphics.

Client meetings and site visits when required.
