Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the organisation's technical infrastructure, including servers, databases, and networks.


• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime and resolving problems promptly.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and maintenance of software applications.


• Install and configure software and hardware, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.


• Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions, ensuring data security and privacy.


• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.


• Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field�


• Proven experience as an Administrator


• BRC Understanding


• Proficient knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks


• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues


• Experience with server administration, database management, and network monitoring tools


• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
