Technical Administrator - Top Residential Contractor - Oxford

As they embark on a new venture in Oxford, they are seeking a skilled Technical Administrator to join their dynamic team.



Position Overview:



As a Technical Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the technical operations of our client's projects, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with quality standards. Your responsibilities will encompass invoice tracking, document approvals, and coordinating reporting activities with the project team. Additionally, you will manage the document control system, utilizing Daylux, 4Projects, or Viewpoint to maintain accurate and organized project documentation.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Invoice Tracking: Monitor and track invoices related to technical services, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

  • Document Approvals: Facilitate the approval process for critical project documents, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Team Reporting: Collaborate with project teams to generate comprehensive reports on technical activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Document Control System Management: Utilize Daylux or similar software to organize and maintain project documentation efficiently, enabling easy access and version control.



Requirements:




  • Previous experience in technical/construction administration, with a focus on invoice tracking and document management.

  • Familiarity with document control systems such as Daylux, 4Projects, or Viewpoint.

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
