Technical Administrator / Paraplanner

We are currently recruiting for a family practice of one of the UK’s leading Chartered Financial Planning firms, specialising in providing sound Financial Advice to both Businesses and Individuals Nationwide, across Wealth / Investment Management, Retirement Planning, Mortgages, Insurance, Estate Planning and Corporate Financial Planning.We are seeking an experienced Technical Administrator / Paraplanner who will be responsibe for supporting Financial Advisers of the business from an Administrative poerspective. You’ll be responsible for supporting 4 Financial Advisers and the Office Manager, specifically you will be responsible for:Research & Suitability ReportsRisk Profiling ReportsFund/Model Portfolio comparison reports (fund research using FE & Defaqto)Obtaining quotes, key features and research material (file preparation) using IRESSProcessing New BusinessNew business pipeline chasingFund switchingAdministration supportClient enquiresWe are seeking somneone within aminimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the Financial Advice sector, ideally you will be part way to completing your Level 4 Diploma, full study support will be give to the right applicant, so that they are able to complete their Diploma. We would also consider candidates with relevant experience who do not have any additional qualifications in the sector, but have a desire to study towards them.
