Job DescriptionReporting to the Head Of Delivery, the Technical Account Coordinator is a proactive self-motivated professional capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.You will be responsible for managing and overseeing customer support and will also work collaboratively with the delivery team to facilitate partner onboarding, as well as adapt and support multiple processes managed by the delivery team.You will demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of engaging and motivating stakeholders at all organisational levels.About the roleManage and take ownership of the Customer Support Process, ensuring its smooth operation.Ensure Customer Support requests are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.Monitor Customer Service performance and report on SLA levels and effectiveness.Support and manage incidents, including reporting, resolution, and implementation of remedial action.Support the Partner Integration Manager in activities related to integrations and onboarding.Work closely with the Delivery Team to promote awareness and alignment regarding the impact of all delivery aspects, including changes, incidents, compliance, and audit requirements.Assist partners in their technical integrations and proactively manage any obstacles to successful delivery.Drive continuous improvement by identifying and recommending enhancements to delivery processes.Assess risks associated with Customer Service and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.About you2 years experience of technical administrationExcellent Stakeholder management and customer service skillUnderstanding of software development processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to deal with multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced business environmentPreferable SkillsExperience with project management tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExperience of working in an iGaming organisationBenefits you'll receive: • Market Salary commensurate with ability and experience• 30 days holiday per annum• Private healthcare• Pension schemeIf you are a motivated individual with a proven track record of engaging and motivating stakeholders at all levels, please apply now.
