We’re looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to join our ever-growing talent team.
We want this person to be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for our tech department across Engineering, Product and Design, reporting directly into the Lead Talent Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience recruiting for technical roles, possess excellent stakeholder management skills, and uses a data drive approach to identify opportunities for improvement.

Day in the life
Provide
input to ensure that engineering and product teams consist of diverse,
qualified individuals
Coordinate
with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection
criteria
Source
applicants via external partners, internal stakeholders and online
channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Develop
and manage relationships with external recruitment partners to complement
and enhance our direct efforts
Create
job descriptions, interview questions and score cards that reflect the
requirements for each position
Organise
and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate
pipeline
Devise
and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding
initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants across Tech.
Create
and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
for candidates
What you bring to the team
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 year experience in a tech focused talent acquisition or similar role at a b2b SaaS company.
Extensive
experience recruiting for technical roles such as Engineering, Product and
Design
Preferably
have experience in the software as a service space
Proven
track record of successfully filling technical positions within tight
deadlines
Strong
stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport with
hiring managers and candidates
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
