Do you have experience working in a call centre and are looking to step up into a more senior position? Are you available to start a new role as soon as possible?I am supporting a large call centre located in Colindale with the recruitment of a Team Manager. The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible and will have experience working in a call centre or similar role.Responsibilities:Managing a team of 8-10 advisorsMotivating advisors to reach KPI targets and individual and team targets are metParticipate in regular meetings to go through team performance stats with QA Team and L&D to ensure the teams are aligned with business standardsSupport the recruitment team when neededCoaching and mentioning team members to understand how support can be offered in their career development and overall performanceRequirements:Call centre experience (minimum of 2 years)Flexible and happy to work shift patterns from Monday to Sunday as per business requirementsAble to operate autonomously and effectively in a Team Leader role, supporting and contributing to the strategic direction of the businessUnderstanding of key performance metrics and performance management techniquesThis role is a temporary to permanent position please only apply if you are open to a permanent role and happy to work weekends. Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Osborne Appointments, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
