South Wales based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Team Manager to work alongside their Youth Justice team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an authority which offering you a laptop and mobile phone so you can work flexibly as well as from home when you have big reports saving you time and money.

Here are the details:

• This post is based in the Youth Justice team
• Everyone from the authority is working hybrid
• To provide leadership and management for our YOT Service
• Will have the opportunity to work from home and will be given the equipment in order to do so
• A thorough understanding of the needs of children who need care and support and experience of supervising others, alongside a commitment to relationship based practice with children, young people and their families.
