Our client, a highly reputable organisation based in the West Midlands, is currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to join their passionate team. They offer a child-focused environment that has been previously rated as 'OUTSTANDING' by OFSTED. Additionally, they offer a rolling contract for 2024/#####, which provides successful candidates with the stability they seek. They also have an excellent opportunity to go 'temp-to-perm,' so candidates can try the authority before committing to a permanent role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of social workers, supervising practice, ensuring compliance with legislative and policy requirements, and providing effective leadership and management.
- Provide strategic management of a range of cases, ensuring that high-quality practice is delivered against defined practice standards and relevant legislation.
- Ensure that all aspects of the work undertake safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children, young people, and their families.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Team Manager within MASH.
- The ability to attend the office five days per week.
- Registered with Social Work England.
