Team Manager Mental Health

We are looking for a strong and experienced leader within the learning disabilities / mental health sector to manage the day to day running of two, very well-established supported living services based in Blackpool, Lancashire.
Both services support individuals predominantly with a mental health diagnosis and / or drug and alcohol addition, therefore, experience within this area would be beneficial but not essential.
With the support of a Deputy, you will be responsible for leading a staff team of 25 with 20 service users across both services. A range of support is offered such as attending appointments, medication, activities, assisting when in crisis, going for walks, chatting etc. We are looking for a manager who is passionate, caring, empathetic with an understanding of individual needs.
Reporting into the area manager for the region, who is the registered manager.
You will NOT be required to hold CQC registration.
Passionate and committed to providing high standards of care and support; you will also have the ability to build a rapport with your service users and staff team and other multi-disciplinary teams.
