NonStop Care is currently working with a well established local authority based in the Slough area who are looking for a Team Manager to Assessment & Intervention team.

You will be a Team Manager, working closely with management and your team to continue and develop the service, leading to increased job satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Our Assessment & Intervention Service plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of children and families.

  As one of our Team Managers, you'll lead a team of Senior Social Workers and Social Workers in the delivery of our statutory and legislative duties, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment, whilst promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people in Slough whilst effectively managing risk.
