We have a number of Team Leader roles available, working on a day shift or back shift, for our Bo'ness Carriden site. Pay:
£13.13 per hour – Weekly Paid Shift Patterns Available:

Responsibilities of the Team Leader role:
Managing a team in fast paced manufacturing environment Day to day management of your team, driving team performance, efficiencies and KPI’s Supporting Area Manager Training of new staff and existing team members Ensuring all health and safety protocols are understood and followed
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Results driven and motivated to lead a team to achieve output targets and KPI's Quality minded with a high degree of accuracy / attention to detail The ability to work under pressure Experience of working in a food manufacturing / production / fast paced environment Previous Team Leader/ Line Leader / Supervisory / Stand-In Roles experience is desirable Capable of working on own initiative with the ability and confidence to make decisions
