What hours will you be working?
Flexible hours up on average 30 per week including evenings and weekends with flexible shifts. We'd need you to do up to 40 hours a week when other members of the management team are on holiday.

What youll be doing as a Team Leader
We are now seeking an experienced Team Leader to enhance our team, and help us be the best at what we do.
You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the front of house team, be knowledgeable about all the products we sell on the bar and be able to make recommendations and upsell. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someones day.
With a passion for hospitality you will be able to supervise in a team focused environment. You will have the ability to give clear direction, delegate and adapt to change. You will also be extremely organised and have strong decision-making skills.
Your Pub
The Bulls Head in Lymm, is a fantastic traditional pub. It prides itself on great cask beer, and chilled lagers, along with excellent wines and a broad range of spirits. Lymm is a picturesque village adjacent to the Bridgewater Canal, leading to a variety of customers, both local and tourists who visit the site, making it an busy and vibrant place to work.
