Team Leader

Exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join a friendly team in Southwest London. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible of supervising the Travel Sales Executive team, monitoring workflow and providing support to ensure that all customer interactions are dealt with promptly throughout the customer lifecycle. To motivate, train and monitor performance to maximise conversion opportunities.The Job:To monitor staff resources and ensure all incoming calls are answered promptly and dealt with professionallyTo drive sales and maximise conversion by providing motivation and supportProvide staff trainingEnsure all sales enquiries received by, email, telephone, or any other channel are followed up and responded to by the teamDealing with group and tailor-made enquiriesConduct regular call monitoring, providing feedback and training where necessaryWorking with a wide variety of business travelers and luxury holidaymakersArranging all aspects of the client's travelHandling all enquiries with exceptional customer service and in a professional mannerOffering expert advice i.e., best value/most effective carriers, accommodation etc.Working well as part of a busy but friendly and supportive teamSkills Required:Previous Travel experiencePrevious experience leading / motivating a teamIn-depth knowledge of a GDSStrong knowledge of long-haul travel destinations and Worldwide geographyExcellent relationship building and customer service skills.Keen attention to detailAble to articulate well, good clear telephone voice.Professional approach alwaysThe Package:Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus commissionHours: 9am to 5:30pm Monday to FridayInterested:If you would like to apply for the above vacancy, please click 'APPLY' or email (url removed)
