An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Team Leader to take responsibility for management and performance of a successful team of six.

  • Providing training, employability and skills services to job seekers on a national basis.



Duties & Responsibilities:




  • The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Consultants, ensuring they are achieving set KPIs and a quality service is being delivered at all times.

  • Developing high quality relationships with businesses recruiting and employers, whilst managing and inspiring the team.

  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and taking responsibility for the sales and marketing strategy.

  • Identifying organisations that will benefit from employment services in order build new business.

  • Performance reviews, coaching, training and supporting team growth.



Experience & Skills needed:




  • Experience within a similar role, with proven experience of leading a successful team.

  • Passion for excellent customer service and developing relationships.

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

  • A positive, collaborative approach.

  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
