Main Duties:Creating a booking spreadsheet from trackers for jobs due that monthManagement of a tracker on system of data for property/construction clientsRunning a small team of 3-4 call handlers, admin staffDelegating daily admin tasks, emails, booking jobs etcDelivering targets and KPI's to the teamKey Requirements:Must have Team Leading experience within a office environmentCall Centre experience would be idealConstruction industry experience would be a bonusExcellent Customer Service experienceDriven and motivation Must be able to drive due to locationMust have Excel knowledge basis or immediate level
