Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to support the Client Account manager in the daily running of the Off street car parks and cash collection service. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or management experience.
What you will be doing
Leading your front-line team to make sure that the delivery of the contract is maintained to the highest standards and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
Provide regular reports and updates to the Client Account Manager
Create, prepare and maintain the enforcement plan and to monitor the success of those on-going on a daily basis.
Manage staff performance in line with our company policies.
Ensure that staff comply with Health and Safety requirements in all aspects of their work.

What do you need to be a Team Leader?
Driver's License required.
SIA license preferred.
Strong leadership skills
Ability to mentor and motivate others.
Ability to communicate well at all levels.
Self-Motivated
Customer Focused
A love of working outdoors
Ability to work shifts.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Strong Computer skills specifically in Excel
Knowledge to the TMA 2004 or have worked in a parking enforcement environment would be an advantage.
Able to work out of offers if required.
