The service aims to reduce and prevent the cycle of abuse by helping young people to both recover from their underpinning trauma, but also to acknowledge and address their sexual behaviours. **Due to the nature of the role and the activities involved, we are only able to consider applicants who have a full driver's licence and a car** Job Title: Team Leader Salary: £28,225 - £30,108Sleeps: Paid at £100 per sleepLocation: Welshpool, Powys Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: PermanentRota: 3-week rolling rotaShift Pattern: A mix of the following shifts (Early: 8am - 4pm, Late: 3pm - 11pm, Full: 8am - 11pm)Benefits:Rolling rota pattern to maintain a work-life balance Overtime paid at a significantly higher rate of pay28 days holiday rising with service Incremental pay scale and annual pay review Specialist staff training and development 3% Contributory pension Loyalty and long service awards Regular whole community and team days and celebration events Staff team support groups Individual clinical supervision About the Role of a Team LeaderTo manage, support and supervise staff ensuring their effective development and operation of good working practiceTo be responsible for the management of your identified group.To be responsible for co-ordinating shifts or delegating this task to asuitably graded individual.To supervise the Link-working case responsibility for your GroupTo be involved in the direct delivery of services to young people by the aims of the company. To assist the management team in providing the highest possible standards of care guidance, support and protection for the young people and cooperate fully with colleagues. To carry out any of the practical tasks outlined on individual job lists.Record keeping and administration as required to include supporting auditing and maintenance of children's files. To be constantly vigilant on health and safety matters and to share concerns of the same immediately with line management. To complete mandatory and regulatory training as required by and provided by the organisation Offer ideas & organise stimulating activities and new experiences to enable poorly motivated young people to achieve.
