Team Leader in Wisbech, PE13 2RN.
Your pay rate as a full time Team Leader will be between
£12.90 per hour during training and £13.90 per hour when you are fully trained.
We have a range of shifts available for you:
Wednesday to Saturday - 05:45 am - 17:15 pm
Wednesday to Saturday - 08:45 am - 20:15 pm
Sunday to Wednesday - 20:15 pm - 04:30 am
Wednesday to Saturday - 17:15 pm - 01:30 am and 20:15 pm - 04.30 am
**EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL**
Your role as a Team Leader:
Managing, motivating and training Operatives; ensuring all tasks are understood and carried out efficiently and effectively in line with Company policies
Ensuring all customer orders are packed correctly both in line with Company and customer requirements
Maintaining the correct amount of raw materials in designated areas adhering to strict stock rotation procedures
