Team Leader

Our highly professional Insurance Client is looking to recruit a Claims Team Leader to lead their team of Technicians.This is a role that can be performed on a hybrid basis, working between the office and from your home.This is a small team of diverse backgrounds, who work well and closely together in a supportive environment.As Team Leader you will be responsible for all aspects of the people management and development of your team as well as ensuring all workflow issues and requirements are effectively met in the highly technical Insurance environment.As Team Leader your main responsibilities will include:Maintaining and managing teamEnsuring the team is working within the set KPI and achieving maximumCommunicating priorities and monitoring completed tasks to ensure priorities are beingActing as escalation point for conflicting priorities.Motivating and coaching your team, helping them to achieve their targets andAgreeing developmental needs and goals for Team Members and support their development by appropriateEnsuring sufficient staffing is met through management of holiday, sickness &Performing objective and review meetings, establishing performance against goalsEnsuring that any project work is balanced with delivery of the other priorities.To be a successful Team Leader you will demonstrate:Claims handling experienceAn aptitude for effective leadership and people managementGood analytical skillsAble to understand business needs and prioritise work accordinglyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised and professional approach to workSelf-motivated and proactiveProven ability to collaborate effectively outside own teamAdditionally a great range of Benefits including:Annual BonusUp to 30 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysExcellent Pension scheme and Life AssurancePrivate Medical Insurance - you and your partnerShare PlansFlexible Benefits programme
