Managing shift start-up briefs Managing the day-to-day activities of the team Delegating tasks
Managing area clean downs once production is completed
Upholding communication with operators Manage, motivate, and co-ordinate your team to deliver outstanding performance Solve Problems Escalate any issues to your line managerThe ideal Team Leader candidate Has a military background
Comfortable managing multiple team members
Experience in holding team members accountable
Strong administration skills
Ability to think ahead and prevent issues arisingImportant information Location: Sutton Coldfield Salary: £14 per hour, with overtime available Flexible working Schedule
